If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Keecie product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund the amount of your purchase. (Please note that you will be charged for the cost of returning the product to us.)
You may return your Keecie product in its original state to our studio address (please include your name and your IBAN bank account number).

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount of your purchase by bank transfer.
Of course, it is also possible to exchange the item you ordered for a different colour or another article. Please indicate which other product or colour you want to exchange your purchase for on the return ticket included in your order. You will be charged for the cost of returning the item, but we will send the exchange to you free of charge.
