    Where can I see your products in real life?

    They’re available in variousoutlets – here’s our store locator.

    I’d like to see the colours in real life. Is that possible?

    Yes, it is! You can always visit one of our outlets. We’d also be happy to send up to five colour samples – just email info@keecie.nl.

    And you’re welcome to drop by our
    studio in Amsterdam – please give us a call or email before you come.  

    How long is my Keecie likely to last?

    A very, very long time: some of our fans have owned theirs for over 15 years. You’ll find some maintenance tips on our blog.

    Where are your products made?

    They’re handmade in a small, family-owned sewing studio in Poland. We’ve beenworking with them for over ten years.

    What kind of leather do you use?

    We use high-quality certified Italian leather, in colours created especially for us.

    Roughly how long will it take for my Keecie to arrive?

    If you order by 3 pm on a weekday, you should receive it the next day.

    Can you send my order to a different address?

    Sure! Just enter it when you check out. If it’s a gift, let us know, and we’ll handwrite your message on a card.

    How much do you charge for shipping?

    €3.50 for orders of up to €50 in the Netherlands, and free above €50. Click here for shipping costs to other destination

    How do I pay when I buy online?

    You can use your credit or debit card, Ideal, Bancontact, SOFORT banking, PayPal or Giropay, or buy now and pay later with Klarna. 

    I have a problem with my order. How do I contact you?

    Julie is happy to help. Email us at info@keecie.nl, and we’ll normally reply on the same day.

    Something went wrong with my order! What now?

    No problem. Julie is ready to help you. Email info@keecie.nl or send us a message via chat.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    No problem! Just email info@keecie.nl, and we’ll sort it out for you.

    The item I want to order is sold out. What do I do?

    Leave a message on our site, and we’ll tell you when your Keecie is back in stock. It’s usually no more than a few weeks.

    I’d like to return my order. Can I do that?

    Sure! See our returns page.

    Help, my Keecie is damaged!

    We offer a free repair service! Email info@keecie.nl, and we’ll see what we can do.
