With her background in product design and her passion for vintage design, Klaartje de Hartog is the driving force behind Keecie. She has an stunning colour sense and eye for detail. What’s more: her designs are not only beautiful, they are also practical.
They are suitable for everyday use, carrying everything you need. And they last for years.
How it all started
Keecie started in 2007, in the small living room of Klaartje in the Amsterdam district De Pijp. Patches of leather were spread all over the room, and the constant creative drive to come up with the next great design was very noticable.
The handbag Window Shopper was the very first Keecie bag with a silkscreen print on the inside. The living room depicted in this bag is a reference to how it all started.
Through dedication of all its passionate employees, Keecie has grown into the internationally renowned Dutch Design brand that it is today, available at exclusive sales points in the Netherlands and abroad. And of course also online!
